- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- With at least (1) year supervisory experience in retail operations or related business
- A good team player and goal-oriented
- Has the ability to carry out effective customer service
- Has the aptitude for management and marketing strategies
- Very good in both oral and written communication
- Willing to be assigned outside Davao City
GRAPHIC ARTIST
- Male or Female
- Not more than 28 years old
- Graduate of Fine Arts or any related course
- With adequate hands-on experience in lay outing or visual presentation
- Must be proficient in CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop
PROGRAMMER
- Male or Female
- Graduate of Computer Science or any related course
- Knowledge in PHP, My SQL is a must
- Background in PC Troubleshooting is an advantage
INTERIOR DESIGNER
- Male or Female
- Not more than 30 yrs. old
- Graduate of fine arts, interior design, or any related course
- Experienced in designing, drafting, and implementing store props and display
- Has basic knowledge in space planning and interior design
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, CorelDraw or Photoshop applications
- Willing to travel outside Davao City
PROJECT ENGINEER
- Male
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 5 years working experience in construction management
- Experienced in structural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Willing to travel
CIVIL ENGINEER
- Male or Female
- Not over 30 yrs. old
- At least 1 year experience in construction projects
- Knowledge in cost estimate and cost evaluation
- Experience in plumbing is an advantage
RECEIVING INCHARGE for Kidapawan Branch
- Male or Female, between 23-27 years old
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with related experience
- With good moral character
- A good team player
- Can work with minimum supervision
PURCHASING STAFF
- Female
- Not more than 28 years old
- BS Accountancy graduate
- With good analytical skills
- With at least a year of experience in the field of purchasing
ACCOUNTING STAFF
- Male or Female
- Not more than 28 years old
- BS Accountancy graduate
- With experience in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements

By just reading your ads, I can tell that this company advocates AGE discrimation. Hiring must be based on qualifications and age should not be a factor for disqualifying an applicant. I'm not against the idea of the company seeking an applicant with good moral character, but I am hoping to see this company change their hiring practices by giving all age levels a chance to apply as long as they meet the requirements for that job.
