What is a clairvoyant psychic reading ?

You can learn about psychic abilities but knowing about something doesn't mean you can do it. Maybe you can develop your psychic sense after knowing what it is. Hopefully this hub will help you out.

What is the psychic source of the clairvoyant ?

The word clairvoyant combines the concepts of vision and clarity. The psychic source of the vision is the sixth sense. Someone who has a highly developed third eye is considered a clairvoyant. This psychic ability is part of an occult science which is not fully understood. But there have been amazing stories of the use of clairvoyance. The term clairvoyant is somewhat vague since it might be interpreted to include almost any of the other fortune telling methods such as tarot card reading, astrological readings, etc.

The psychic source of clairvoyance is the sixth chakra. It is also known as the third eye and as the Ajna center. It is located in the center of the forehead just above the eyes. This does clarify a bit what separates this psychic ability from other types of retrocognition and precognition (looking into the past or the future). For instance astrologers can make up horoscopes without having psychic abilities. It is a science based on the location of the stars. People who read tarot cards base their readings on knowledge of how one card correlates to another.

Real psychics however are endowed with a sixth sense which is categorized amongst the ESP or extra sensory perception classes.

How does a clairvoyant psychic reading work ?

A trance state is usually induced where the medium enters an altered state of mind. This is the norm but not the rule. Some people are able to tap into the source without entering a trance state. In this state of mind the energies of the sixth chakra begin to resonate more clearly and the intuitive sense begins picking up vibrations that are usually not sensed by the natural five senses of hearing, seeing, smelling, touching, and tasting. In this altered state of mind the clairvoyant integrates the intelligence of the natural senses with the intuitive sense.

Combining one of the intelligent senses with the sixth sense brings forward information about an object or a person, or a social issue. While using the sense of touch for example a clairvoyant might take a personal object like an earring and follow a psychic path from there.

While this paranormal science is thought of as hocus pocus by many it has nevertheless caught the serious attention of law agencies who sometimes turn to psychics to solve crimes.

This is such an interesting subject that I have devoted a few hours researching it and my findings are written up in Criminal Beware the Psychic.....coming soon

The psychic source as a whole is very animistic in nature. We as humans often wonder how certain animals can pick up scents so easily and find things that are so far away.

For example

How does a cat know how to find it's way back home when it is dropped several miles away ? Why did the Panda Bears know there was going to be an earthquake in China ? Science will tell you that it is based on waves of energy. So a non scientific person would conclude that the psychic source travels along a wave of some sort.

We humans are conditioned to operate logically and on the knowledge allowed us by the five normal senses. Straying to far from this norm could have us wearing some very scary labels. Freaks!!! Comes to mind. Were we always like this or were we at one time much more intuitive than we are now ?

If the answer is yes we have the intuitive sense in our genes, then it would imply that most of us are by nature psychic but we have regressed our natural psychic abilities somewhere in the deep.

Somewhere between a claivoyant psychic reading and a prophet...

Edgar Cayce, the sleeping prophet is one of the most interesting famous psychics of the past but the term channeler might describe his psychic ability better than the term clairvoyant. Cayce was a psychic healer and a prophet but he never used the normal senses to get his information. He would go into a trance and channel knowledge from a psychic source while talking in his sleep - trance sleep. A recorder, would write down the message for him which he would then use to advise his clients who were never present during the reading.

Even calling a medium, or psychic, a prophet is ambiguous. A prophet by some definitions is never wrong. A medium however only paints a picture of the past or the future and like non psychic fortune tellers such as people who write horoscopes they do reserve the right to be wrong.

There are very few real prophets who have come and gone if one accepts that as truth. By the same token there have been many false prophets who would have been better off to sell themselves as psychic guides.

The clairvoyant psychic reading acts like an almanac. It is a guide and if referred to it might provide the wisdom by which one can act in order to accomplish something. Be the same token the psychic reading can be used as a guide to change certain characteristics of behaviour in order to avoid a future result. If one uses it that way then the medium or clairvoyant will be proven wrong every time.

The most famous prophet of all time is the Christian character known as Jesus. While many atheists deny the existence of such a character there is one reason I mention him here.

His disciples did exist. That we cannot deny. They wrote books about the character. These books are compiled into one of the most prophetic manuals of all time. Within that compilation of books there is one sentence that stands out in my mind.

"No one will no the hour..." Now that is powerful in the context of prophets and mediums. What it basically states is, " You can change your ways and change your near future, but behold you cannot hold back the prophecy forever". Those are my words. The prophet will be correct in the end and true prophecy is never wrong.

I wonder if JC gave clairvoyant psychic readings which could be proven wrong if the client changed is ways.

Back to reality meanwhile....

There has been a dramatic rise in number of people who claim to have psychic ability lately. I pointed out in this hub that reading cards and telling fortunes is not necessarily the unique domain of people with highly developed ESP. Sure there are frauds out there. In my opinion, wherever there is money or talk of money then there is likely to be a crook in the immediate vicinity. But there are genuine jewels amongst the thieves. It's a matter of seeing clearly who is who and what is what.

Which leads to another hub called - How do I tune in to my Ajna ? I too would like to be a psychic detective. ...coming soon

Thank you for an interesting read. I'm studying a subject called Noetics, and Noetic Science, now, myself, and though it doesn't directly relate, there is scientific evidence that thoughts can...alter the temperature of water, the direction fish swim, the results of random event generators; there is power in the human mind that isn't fully understood.

Paradise7...I believe it...I studied games of chance for the longest time and only occasionally went to casinos. One time while in Michigan I decided to try my luck at Roulette with a strategy I'd worked out months in advance. I chose number 26 as my focus number and lo and behold I never saw such a streak of losses the number never came up once and neither did the surrounding numbers. Just coincidence ? Maybe...

I studied how to count cards at BJ and I tried my luck at that game also. It is strange how streaks seem to run until you are out of money and then luck turn around. I have seen losses of 27 hands in a row. I understand odds but I don't understand the supernatural.

Maybe it's all coincidence. But it is strange how some people seem to win alot more on slots than others until they stop believing they can win. Random event generators are run on waves of electricity. That could be the connection. The matrix trilogy is a great fiction about how this might all be possible.

I was making 3$ daily on adsense when I had about 100 pages scattered on different blogs and other sites. I now have about 500 pages and I still make about 3$ daily.

Is that for real or am I making it happen......lol
