Black Belt Recruiting is an excellent course that teaches network marketing distributors how to approach their recruiting and sponsoring with a different mindset.
Within Black Belt Recruiting there are a number of contradictions between what Mike Dillard teaches and what Mark Wieser teaches.
How can a course with two trainers who teach two contradictory points of view offer value and guidance to network marketing distributors?
The contradictions of Black Belt Recruiting are clearly acknowledged by the trainers.
Mike Dillard, himself, in the written guide that comes with the Black Belt Recruiting course clearly states that his prospecting and recruiting style is dramatically different than Mark Weiser’s style.
What are the contradictions between the recruiting styles of Dillard and the recruiting style of Wieser?
One of the first differences between the two industry veterans is the method that they use to generate their leads.
Mark Wieser follows an approach of using multiple prospecting styles and techniques to generating leads and prospects for his business.
While he uses the internet attraction marketing style of Mike Dillard, he also does “lifestyle marketing” where he approaches people he meets like the waiter at a restaurant and the person he is sitting next to on the plane.

Mike Dillard has a dramatically different approach to prospecting.
Dillard’s approach consists of primarily using an attraction network marketing business model. This consists of focusing on teaching network marketers how to build a network marketing business and offering value, which naturally attracts them to inquire about his business. Another dramatic difference between the two recruiting styles expressed in Black Belt Recruiting is the philosophy of follow-up. Wieser believes in calling a prospect 2-3 times. He also believes strongly in setting a follow-up call once you have spoken to a prospect and have exposed them to information about your business. He believes in leaving voice mails for prospects whenever you call a prospect and get a voice message.
Mike Dillard has a completely different approach to follow-ups. Dillard believes that you should call a prospect one time and one time only. He believes that any additional phone calls that you make to a prospect weakens your posture and reduces the chances of you recruiting the prospect. Mike Dillard also believes that you should never schedule a follow-up call. Instead, he says you should give the prospect specific instructions and let the prospect call you back.
This is one of the most powerful strengths of the Black Belt Recruiting.
Too many people are looking for the exact step-by-step system that they can use to explode their network marketing business.
The truth of the matter is that there is no exact step-by-step approach.
If there was, either Mike Dillard would have the answer or Mark Wieser would, yet both enjoy similar measures of success despite their differences.

You should follow the strategies and approaches taught in Black Belt Recruting that match up closest to the philosophies that you believe are correct for building your business.

Yes I agree Market Magnet, that their is no one right system when it comes to your network marketing business,that's the great thing about being an entrepreneur you have the freedom to fit your marketing to your own personal style,everybody's different so where one person might adopt Mark Dillards style of marketing someone else might use Mard Wiesers approach.
I happen to use a little bit of both because I'm always out and about during my daily activities of running my offline business.So I see alot of people everyday,but remember you have to be careful when marketing your business offline,people hate to be sold,I deal with alot of business people so they're already open to business opportunities.
Its all about being unique and selling you first before you sell your networking business,so develop your own personal marketing style, and go for it.Keep up the good work,I'll be looking for more hubs from you!
