Premature ejaculation can be defined as recurrent & persistent ejaculation before you or your partner wishes or wants. Simply defined it is

your orgasm before your partner's orgasm. Even if you are not premature ejaculator by definition these techniques will certainly help you to last longer on bed.

I strongly recommended that at longer periods of time one learns various sexual-positions, biting, moaning & other such sexual activities, to have an interest in sex or one can loose interest in sex due to monotonous pumping.

Thanks for stopping by nicoli, I believe that anyone can completely control his PE, provided he develops a calm mind & patience. Nobody is born with long lasting abilities it's just that over the years you gain experience & figure out how stuff works.
