Make Corriander Chutney
66Ingredients:
Coriander leaves-a bunchGreen chilli-2Salt to tasteGinger and garlic-a pinchMethod:1.Grind the coriander leaves,chilli ,ginger and garlic.2.Then add the salt.3.Heat the oil,add mustard and urud dal.When seed start splitting add the grinded paste.4.Now coriander chutney is ready.This is perfect to have as a side dish with any rice dish, briyani and quite healthy too.
