Cure Joint Pain

There are five key steps in curing Joint Pain. The first step is to identify the cause of your sore joints.
Identify: This means doing some research on where the pain is occurring, how often it occurs, is it related to a repetitive type motion you are making. Or is it an age or heredity linked problem. A quick search of google can help you get started in identifying what type of joint pain you have, but be wary of all the bogus websites selling quick fix products and miracle cures. The best way to find out where the pain you feel in your joints is coming from is a quick visit to your local doctor.
The next step is Actual Treatment:
One of the most important factors in treating all joint pain and Relief from Arthritis is proper diet, eating a healthy diet of whole foods, low in fat foods, especially staying away from trans saturated fats. Deep fried food is the worst, you must always try to eat fresh healthy and if possible organic food.
This is key in helping your body to produce and maintain the synovial fluid that is necessary to keep your joints well lubed. As we age this fluid lessens. Regular exercise is a key way to help maintain and promote positive aging of your body. Many people take the lazy route and feel as they get older they do not need to exercise. This is exactly the wrong type of attitude that can lead to health and joint problems.
Getting Proper Rest: as simple as this may seem this is another key key factor in your bodies recovery and health. When we overtire ourselves we do damage to our bodies getting the proper amount of rest each night (everyone is different in the amounts they need) The question that answers that is when you wake up do you feel well rested? If not then you should consider changing your habits so that you can get the proper rest you need for Arthritis Relief. When you sleep your body recovers, rebuilds and heals itself. Mentally and physically getting proper rest is key in maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Choose between Natural Remedies and Over the Counter Drugs:
This is important as there is much debate on the best way to treat joint pain. Many naturopathic doctors believe that taking natural supplements such as MSM , Chondroitin, and Glucosamine. are the most important remedies for joint soreness. This has been proven over hundreds of thousands of trials. Where as your regular doctor may just tell you too take tylenol or advil for the pain. These over the counter drugs work as well but many people suffer from stomach disruptions if they take them too frequently. This can be counter acted by taking coated versions of those drugs. Your doctor can also prescribe stronger medications such as celebrex, vioxx, bextra, for joint pain but there are often strong side affects. And there is much debate in the medical community if these drugs don't do more harm that good.
In my own Personal Battle with Joint Pain, I have stuck with the natural remedies such as combinations of MSM, Chondrotin, and Glucosamine. There are many different combination's and dosages but Ive found that when I do take them on a daily basis they have helped me to reduce the swelling and have eased much of and sometimes all of the pain I normally have.
