Cures For Gynecomastia?

Yes! There are cures and things you can do to get rid of your embarrassing "man boobs". Below are steps towards getting rid of your gynecomastia and some recommended products that helped me get rid of my "boobs" and might be a help to you too. I suggest you to start with the first two, exhausting all there is with these two before going under the knife. Only after you've tried everything would I recommend the third.

Step 1: Proper Diet And Exercise

Yeah! I know. You've heard that one before. But there is a specific diet and exercise program designed to target those impossible "man boobs". At first, I decided that I would try to do it on my own. I started running every morning and doing more and more pushups. But it only seemed to make the problem worse and I was not getting the results I wanted. It wasn't until I started this Chest Coach system that I discovered why my general diet and exercise program wasn't working. In fact, some of the exercises I was doing were actually making my "boobs" look bigger.

Step 2: Natural Pills

Pills for this, pills for that! Do any of them work? Well, I was skeptical at first. The only website that really seemed credible was the Gynexin website. They had a whole bunch of testimonials from men who got rid of their "man boobs" quickly. Thanks to the pills! Since I was so determined to get rid of my man boobs, I actually went on the Chest Coach System and started taking the Gynexin pills. I guess in my head I was attacking my "man boobs" from all angles. I really didn't have the money for surgery, and to be honest I'm not one for pain. But I do know a couple guys who really did try everything and finally got rid of their "man boobs" through surgery. Thankfully, I got rid of mine without needing surgery.

Step 3: Surgery

The positive side of surgery is that it is quick. It's easy. No need for special diets or exercise and it works. The problem with surgery is that it’s considered under cosmetic surgery and generally not covered by insurance. It may cost you anywhere between 4500 and 8500 dollars. Not to mention the pain and the scarring that seems to happen to a lot of men after they have undergone surgical procedure. Surgery is only recommended as the last resort when all other options had been tried and exhausted.

I'm 11 and I have huge man-boobs since I was about 9. People made fun of me a lot in Year 4, and still are in Year 6. I'm worried about going to Secondary School and having everyone laughing at my man-boobs. And now I have to go swimming! What should I do?

Hey,

I did a lot of research on this man-boobs basically because i had small ones. The techical term that comes up when you search man boobs is gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is basically when a male doesnt have enough testosterone or to much estrogen and starts to from breast similiar to that of women. BUT! the thing is if you are simply overweight, you probably just have fat which is causing the man boobs. Plenty of people are misdiagnosing themselves with having gyno but really its either fat from being overweight, or just the way that the chest forms. Just because one has more muscle or fat in the pectoral region doesn't meen they have gyno (a hormonal imbalance)! Everyone is different and the human body varies immensly. As for people making fun of you for having man boobs, plenty of people are jerks but honestly you meet better people as you get older, middle school or secondary school is the worst of it all but seriously it gets better so keep up ur confidence :]

Hi guys, I am a personal trainer. I have helped 4 male adults reduce their gyno and two males above the age of 18 get rid of it completely. If you are under the age of 18 consult your doctor. My clients tried a pill called chrysin along with formadrol. Start off with 5 pills of formadrol and cut back to 3 pills after 1 month take as directed. Chrysin is to maintain and block extra estrogen from attacking your body. I know this is not very thorogh but I am very busy. I hope this helps. E-amle me figmig500@yahoo.com I dont like when people make fun of kids. It really angers me. God Bless

I have had this problem since I was in grade school. I was about 11 years old and I have had the worst life ever the constant reminders from people that I have the nastiest man tits ever has driven me crazy over the years. It sucks you look around at everybody else and they just seem perfect to you, they don't have to deal with this shit. This stigma has been personally embarassing for over ten years, and I can't take it anymore people are always poking fun at me, and I can't stand it. I've been looking up options and I seen how expensive the surgery is but, if you are a parent and you read this dont do what my parents did and put it off for TEN FUCKING YEARS!!! And let your children be picked on, emotionally scarred for like I have not been swimming in five years. I loved to do it as a child. Please can somebody help me I am at the end of my rope. I can not take any more of this shit ten years of this is enough.

Hi guys, i am 22years old now. I do not have any Gynecomastia before when i was 19. I started to train in the gym since i was 17years old, When i was almost 19 i started to inject steroids and now i am 22 i have this common Gynecomastia problem, my left chest its much bigger then my left chest. The small lump at my left side its like the size of ping pong ball

I know some of you guys may have much worsten case then i do, But i think the best way its the easiest way. And thats to get $ from you parents or relatives to go for an surgery

Please remember even if you remove the Gynecomastia or the entire Gland (the small lump tissue below your nipples) it will still come back again. Because of your hormones are not right.

My Recommendation its 1st, consult the specialist

2nd, try to figure out how to get the $ it could be your families member, relative, friends. sell your favor items if you have too

3rd maintain a proper diet and excise regulary

4th Do not take Steroids@@@

hey guys i suffer from gynecomastia too. for 8 years i've pretended that there's nothing i should worry about cause it would just go in a matter of time, well it hasn't gone. i'm not overweight,in fact i weigh less than i should according to my height but if i was i;m sure my problem would be huge. now i've got flappy nipples it's much more embarrasing when you are well trained with low body fat and strong abs and muscles. my nipples are just too easy to notice of course without a shirt my family has noticed that too. only my older sister dared to ask me why they look so weird and when i told her i have gynecomastia she answered. 'well they look awfull, wear a bra'

anybody knows what i could do!it can't be just going at the gym i've been training from the age of 6 and still now at 17 come on what other ways are there?
