Man glues tooth due to dental shortage

A man from Merseyside, England took dramatic action to deal with a loose crown when he struggled to find an NHS dentist. The man was struck off the register with his original dentist after moving home, which meant he no longer qualified as an NHS patient for that area.

He turned to super gluing his loose crown after reading that thee adhesive was initially invented for medical use, after trying numerous brands of the glue he finally found an industrial superglue strong enough to hold the crown in place. He then regularly applied the glue every 2 months over a three year period until he finally was accepted by an NHS dentist in the local area.

Drunken dentist collapses on patient

A woman in Yorkshire, England was in for a shock during a routine tooth extraction operation. During the tooth extraction the dentist who had drank SIX glasses of wine during his lunch hour first struggled to correctly inject the anaesthetic, taking two attempts to perform the standard procedure correctly.

The dentist then became very unsteady on his feet, sweating profusely and shaking, making the patient very nervous. He then became increasingly unsteady on his feet and despite this began to carry on with the operation despite the patients’ obvious reservations! The final straw came when the dentist then slumped forward, collapsing on the now terrified patient then attempted to carry on the operation!

21 year old has ALL her teeth removed

A 21 year old from Devon, England had to have all her teeth taken following a severe case of gum disease. The problem occurred when she was unable to see a dentist straight away allowing the infection to get worse. When she finally seen a dentist they had to remove every tooth from her mouth due to the bad state the gums had been infected.
