Constant development of self esteem

There is so much rush in life and so much things to do that we sometimes forget about ourselves to stop and think about what we really want in our life and how to accomplish it. What happens is that many people live is a state of low self esteem and thus live a miserable or unhappy life.

Even people that seem to be confident need a constant development of self esteem, it might seem strange but the human being has basic needs that need to be fulfilled or otherwise he will be un happy. Some of the things every person needs are health, love, be recognized, food and most of the times we also need money.

Think about it, i doesent matter how much you have or how many pleasures you have in your life, if you are not fulfilling the spiritual part of your life with love either from friends, girl or family you are empty and you will most likely have a low self esteem.

But what can you do about it, first you have to love your self, you have to believe in you that you are capable of loving you and other people, that you have the confidence of being you. Then you need to give the best you have to others.

The person that helps other people is more happy than anyone else, because he is fulfilling a very deep part of him. Its no secret that giving is more satisfying than receiving, but first you have to accept and love your self.

Developing your self esteem its a very important part of life, because we are constantly shown images of failure, violence, hate and we compare ourselves to others, that can be very damaging for our self confidence.

Dont compare your self with others, you have your own unique capabilities that no one else has, every person has different strengths and weakness even the most famous celebrities.
