As a Mom of 3 teenagers, I have been very interested in health issues. Nutrition and Exercise is a priority in my home. I have spent many years learning everything I can about nutrition especially since obesity and cancer is such a huge concern here in the US.

I have read everyone of Doctor Oz's books. So I would have to say I am a huge fan. I love his down to earth openness with people. Most Doctors just want to medicate people. But Dr. Oz teaches people who to treat an illness and also he teaches how to prevent illness as well as how to live a long and healthy life.

If taking care of your body is important to you, you should check out some of Dr. Oz's books and also tune into his new television show airing in September.
