53Vegetarian - advantages and disadvantages
The advantages would be:
- I feel lighter
- I know (realize) that have fewer toxins in the body (I mean incredible of harmful toxins in meat)
- Immune system much stronger than before when we eat meat. For example, I think relevant is that I have not cooled for many years. They feel are about to contact a cold or a flu virus, just my eyes begin to tear. Then know that the body needs a "hardener". I make an orange juice or lemonade with lemon (no sugar, but honey). After some time, start to sneeze once or twice and then not have anything. Watery eyes stop.
