If you've heard about the Acai berry, the juice, the pills, etc that are available, then I'm sure you've asked yourself if Acai really assists in losing weight. A basic answer to this question is plain no. Not by itself. There is not a miracle remedy out there to help you lose pounds extremely fast and articles you have read that say differently are just marketing mumbo jumbo.

You really need to have motivation and want to change yourself for the
long term in order for you to approach your weight loss problem. If you
do, you will definitely see results. Talk to your doctor or seek out a
