Do not Forget Your Morning Exercise
36As you know, morning exercise is very important after a long time of sleep that helps your body really wake up and fit with new environment. You will feel better and strong and your working day must be very productive. However, you can not do your morning exercise without your special shoes.
The morning exercise is a part of my life even traveling abroad. I will never forget bringing my Adidas shoes with me as it will remind me about my exercise every morning. Coffee sometimes is very useful to keep my eyes open for about 10 hours a a day but it does not help me to be strong enough as the morning exercise can.
As usual, I get up very early every morning, usually at 6am. I wear my Adidas shoes together with my badminton, just in case I meet my friends. So, we can play after our jogging exercise. Adidas shoes are just my favorite ones, you can use your own favorite shoes like Nike or other types of shoes of your interest..etc. but you should choose the best one that fit your feet the most.
You do not need to spend a lot of time for your morning exercise, just 30 minutes every morning is enough but you should not stop for any reasons as your body will feel hurt if you do not do the morning exercise as usual.
