DRINK THIS HEAVENLY DRINK - WATER TO LOSE WEIGHT THE NATURAL WAY

DRINK THIS GOD'S GIFT "WATER" TO LOSE WEIGHT THE NATURAL WAY

Obesity and related diseases are on the increase. Obese people seek various ways to reduce weight. A study shows that even water can be of help to reduce obesity. Nothing quenches the hunger like water, lots of water. Start with two glasses of water in the morning. Carry a bottle full of water wherever you go. Drink two glasses of water before breakfast, two glasses of water before lunch, and you guessed it right, two glasses of water before dinner. Also drink the pure heavenly drink as often as you fancy or whenever you feel hungry.

If you drink so much water, you will have to make more frequent trips to the toilet, but believe me it is worth it. Water not only fills you up and suppresses your appetite, it also prevents those " hungry horrors " we all encounter when our blood sugar drops and we reach for cookies, candy, ice creams, fries or other high calorie treats. Water also flushes out the system, rids the body from toxins and improves the skin texture.

You can also add other liquids and drinks such as clear soups, carrot juice, pomegranate juice, lime and lemon juices minus sugar. Also other pure fresh fruit juices can be consumed. This you can take to change the variety and satisfy your taste buds without gaining weight. The idea is to suppress appetite and to eat less, so that the body weight gets reduced in a natural and healthy way.

A word of caution though. If you are having Glaucoma, that is, raised Intra - Ocular - Pressure of the eyes, or, if you have a Family History of Glaucoma, then you should not drink too much water at a single time. Drinking one glass of water at a time with a good gap in between will solve the problem. So, lose weight the natural way.

Great tips and it works. I just finished a cleanse which had me drinking lots of water and I found that it does keep the hunger at bay for a little while longer. I lost 10 pounds doing a cleanse and drinking all that water and to keep it off, I'm going to stick with lots of water. I filter it myself and only drink my water. You just don't know where some of the bottled water comes from.

Thanks for these tips.

Does Water Make You Lose Weight ? That is an awesome question and I have a lot of personal experience with this. And I'm going to give you all the info I have on it. So if you have a few minutes I will let you know what I think and lead you to a Diet that complements this. Yes I said that nasty word Diet. That's because all the water in the world can't do all the work. You will still need to eat right and learn to keep the weight off after you loss it !!

Drinking water before meals works for me. Also drinking water with the meals instead of sodas or fruit juices.

Good advice, Kulsum. We also filter our own water instead of buying a lot of bottled water.

Hi Peggy, Hi VioletSun. My son has installed a Kent UV Water Purifier System in our home. It not only purifies the water but also makes it softer. It becomes very sweet to taste too. Thank you for visiting.

If you aim to use water as a tool to lose weight, then the recommended 8 glasses a day will be sufficient. You might have to use the restroom frequently when you start, but your body will quickly adjust to the increase of water intake.
