How to find your eBay (Commission Junction) Account ID

If you signed up for Commission Junction, you should have received a welcome email from Commission Junction that will contain your username and password, and an account identification number. Ignore the account identification number! It is not your eBay Affiliate ID.

What you actually need to locate is what Commission Junction calls your Publisher Web site ID, or PID. You can find this by logging into the Commission Junction Account Manager (opens in new window), and then click on the Account tab and Website Settings subtab. You should see something similar to below:

Wish I had paid more attention to the HELP page when I started. Took me over a month to realize I was using the wrong numbers.. oops!! good info. :)

I realize it's a little late (because of the coming CJ changes) but I just found this hub -- and I've been using the wrong number all this time. In fact, for a while, I had three different PID numbers on my Ebay Affiliate ID slot. As you can see, I'm not up to speed on all this computer stuff (even after I read all the helpful instructions and hubs)! I hope I get through the changes with better luck.
