ePN eBay Restricts Free Speech of Affiliates

ePN has now taken a different tact to control their affiliates.
Restricting the free speech and opinions of those who participate on their forum is now their method of preventing bad press, or having their decisions discussed in the negative. After the mass execution of affiliates took place, the forum erupted with members angry at the underhanded manner in which it was done. Members, like myself, who are still affiliates, rose in a united outcry (with the exception of the typical trolls who think eBay and ePN actually give a crap about them) against the ePN policy of exterminating affiliates without warning.
ePN now states officially that they will not expire their affiliates without warning. More lies from ePN. Numerous forums of programs that use ePN and affiliate marketing programs continue to be posted with reports of affiliates being "expired" with nothing more than a letter.
The ePN forum now has monitors checking every thread and post. Anything even slightly negative about ePN or eBay is removed. They cite a new forum rule, basically stating that anything considered by them to not be constuctive, is disruptive - and it is removed.
Ebay continues to decline in revenue. Affiliates continue to move their websites toward optimizing revenue through other means, such as Amazon, Buy.com, and other methods including Adsense, which is making a comeback after being considered a "dead horse."
I'm even going more toward Adsense than I had been 6 months ago. After receiving a free adsense book, I decided to try it again as a better source of revenue. It was actually a good start and better than I anticipated. I went from $20/mo. in Adsense income to over $60/mo. in less than a month. I will be making more Adsense sites and implementing Adsense in my existing websites more than I was.
It much easier knowing that I have some sites that allow me to rest easier with only Google to worry about for indexing my sites. Even if ePN decides to axe my butt, I believe in 6 more months I'll be making enought to cover the loss.
My question is, "When will a NEW eBay type site be developed?"
I would so like to see the dopey b%$^%*#s at ePN get the boot and realize that affiliates were their lifeblood. They continue to rule like neo-fascists who suppress dissent and execute the citizens.

If it's not one thing it's another, we were up to a few thousand per month with our EPN account and Google slapped us.... I think in some respects affiliates are being squeezed out of the picture, we served a purpose while the rest of the world caught up but now we are passing our used by date...
