If you've ever looked into online surveys or ways to make money online, you will know the frustrations that come along with finding a legitmate program that will not run you around in hoops and never pay you for your work. I've been trying to find legitimate sites for over a year now that one can earn money taking online surveys from. I will list some of the better ones I have found and give you some advice on how to find more on your own if you wish to do so.

First, some criteria you need to look for in a site that will allow you to earn money taking online surveys is that they must be FREE. You should never have to pay any amount of money in order to get access to surveys, or a list of surveys for that matter. From my experience, the sites that make you pay to get access to their survey or list of survey sites, are usually just sites that are thrown together without any actual research involved. So the seller of this access just makes their money when you pay, but does not deliver a quality site or list. Thus, you run into many sites that are flawed or scams in some way shape or form.

From my research, I have found the below 2 sites to be the best sites to earn money taking online surveys from. These sites are both FREE and give you $5 immediately upon joining the sites and only ask for minimal amount of information, which is very nice for privacy reasons.

1. Inbox Dollars - As Seen on the Good Morning America show
2. Panda Research - Get paid $5-$35 cash for each survey completed.

Now there are many others that I use, but didn't want to list them all in this Hub. These are just the two best survey sites I have used and continue to use. You should search around for some on your own to determine which sites fit your needs and look good to you.

The last tip I can give you, and the most important, is to research the survey sites you find. Do a simple google search for some free paid survey sites/links. When you find one that looks good, continue your research one step further. Do a google search for that site with "scam" at the end of the site. So if your doing a search on site ABC, then you would search "ABC scam". If you find a lot of results with people complaining they are not being paid, then I would suggest staying away from this site and finding a new one. However, if you don't see any negative feedbacks, then you should be good and probably found a legit site.

One note on this method, there may always be one or two disgruntled people, maybe their check got lost in the mail or they provided incomplete information to the site, so they could not be paid by the site. So just because you see one negative feedback, doesn't mean its a scam. Just use some good judgement when looking at the results.
