Easy Fitness is an ongoing Table of Contents of all articles I publish on Fitness and Weight Loss. Although each article is self contained and can benefit the reader independently of all the others, as the number of articles increases, it becomes necessary to provide a constantly updated Contents Page for those readers who wish to follow the EasyFitness series in their intended chronological and physiological order.
The Original Plan
My original intention for the EasyFitness series was to follow my teaching plan: Start at the base (the feet, grounding etc.) and gradually work up through the body dealing with each set of joints, one at a time (ankles, knees, pelvis etc... finishing at the top of the skull and beyond). I am still pursuing that original plan with slight side-tracks. For example, when I wrote the article about the feet, I realised it wouldn’t be much use informing the reader about his/her feet if no attention was paid to the type of shoes they were wearing. So before I could continue with the ankles and knees, etc. I had to write an article about what shoes can do to people’s feet. And so on, you understand.
The objectives of EasyFitness are to teach individuals how to move better against the constant downward pulling force of gravity. My Motto: “No Pain, Just Gain!”

Long Term Benefits
OK, Now to continue with my original plan, allowing for a few relevant distractions, we've got as far as the ankles and knees. So the next article in the series is going to be about the upper body, the torso. Then we shall look at the shoulders, the arms, the neck and head, and conclude with some extracts from my books: The Kando Technique and
Natural Facelift including rejuvenating facial exercises. Still a long way to go but as you become more familiar with the EasyFittness series you will, like all my regular clients, benefit for a life time. The difference between becoming aware of your body in this way or merely going to a gym to sweat it out on torturing machines is that what you learn here becomes an integral part of your normal lifestyle. EasyFitness has proven to alleviate many negative demands imposed upon the body by day to day poor movement habits. These can so easily be replaced by grace, coordination, agility and strength. And what about those extra pounds? Oh they'll drop off, humbly retreat as they get in the way of your new daily movement vocabulary.
