Blu Electronic Cigarette Review
69Smoking causes lung cancer, breathing disorders, makes your hair, skin,
breath and nails smell funny, and in the current economic market makes
your pocketbook empty. With my favorite brand of smokes rising again
to five bucks a pack, I decided to do some research.
There's a product on the market that is revolutionizing the way
smokers, well, smoke! They're called electronic cigarettes, and there
are numerous brands out there for you to try. I'm going to give you a
head's up on the one I like the best - the blu cig.
What is blu?
The blu electronic cigarette is a device made of recycled plastic that looks and feels like a real cigarette, but when you take a drag, the atomizer inside activates and a water-based vapor comes rushing into your mouth. Users get a burst of flavor and nicotine at whatever level they desire, and the vapor contains nothing but nicotine and steam, basically.
blu comes in three parts:
- Battery - this is the part of blu that is in place of where your tobacco would be in a regular cigarette.
- Atomizer - This slips into the battery and dips into the cartridge.
- Cartridge - Contains the nicotine and flavoring of your choice, and is what you suck through to take a puff, about filter sized.

The smoke blu puts out is not really smoke, contains no tar or weird chemicals, it's just a vapor that disperses in seconds, leaving nothing behind.

I have tried Blu and I like them for what they are. The throat hit is like smoking a Ultra light cig so I am not happy about that, but the flavor is the best of any e-cig I have tasted.
My e-cigs consist of the DSE-901 (SLB) and Blu. I prefer my 901 when i'm looking to smoke but like the taste of the blu so much that I will smoke it about 1/2 the day.
I have tried many flavors of e-juice from different providers and still hands down blu has the best flavor, but for throat hit it's near the bottom of the list.
Hope this helps anyone looking to purchase, and if you do go with the 901, get the USB manual module, it goes where the battery goes but you have a button to heat the atomizer. Makes for a deep hit, but beware you could burn out your atty!
