• Problem with Boarding House

  Last September I arrived here in the Philippines and I was disappointed with my small boarding house because it is empty and the person that I trust to manage it gave an unreasonable answer. She told me that the tenant is a thief and so on but some of her detailed reasons are not agreeing with what she said so I analyzed and come to the conclusion that she is a liar. Why would you let the tenant go if he or she pays you on time? Regarding the thief issue I almost ask her if her clothes are branded and expensive. I was thinking that She got jealous to the tenant because she has her lover and maybe the tenant is having an affair or trying to be friend with her lover. I try to be civil to her as much as possible and right now she told me that there is a tenant that will occupy starting this month. Another thing is she built a cottage that accepts tenant too. This is a conflict of interest. If she has told me before, I will not build this house of mind. Of course she will make her cottage full before she would recommend my house. Lesson that I learned is that you better buy real state near where you live and ask your relatives or siblings to manage it. Do not buy properties that are far where you live. You will waste fare and time traveling. make money

• Stay focused

  Today I found out that I was not focused for two years and I spent lots of money which could have used for investment. I went to different beaches and places throwing away money with some leech friends of mine. While mulling at the end of the day I realized that I spent my time and money in things that are not important. I realized that reading those books to inspire me was not enough. I bought those books to inspire me to become rich and successful but I forget about them and did a temporary gratification. One of the books that I read is from Donald Trump entitled “How to get Rich” and it is very informative. I would recommend this book if you want to become rich. Absorbing at least 10% of his wisdom will make you rich because he is a multi-billionaire Real State businessman. My advise is to check yourself from time to time because if you don’t you will wake up one day and everything is not what you want to be. Make a plan about your dream and date when to start it. Sometimes or always it is better to dip your legs in the water to try or warm it up to make your dream start and prosper. make money

• Last Payment of Insurance

  Today I will pay my insurance and this is the last payment because it is now my fifth payment for a five years payment scheme. Lately we have heard the insurance problem and I was discouraged. I was surprised that even the multi-billion insurance companies were affected with the economy recession around the world. I have three insurance right now and the two of them are fully paid. I have no plan to buy another one. I think you do not have to place all your eggs in one basket. This is one lesson that I learned when it comes to investment, another one is not to trust any person when it comes to investment. make money
