So here we are in the 21st century. We'd all like to think that with all of the advancements in technology, medicine and so on that we could also have a real answer for being overweight! How do we effectively lose fat? There are diet programs, pills, exercise videos, carb-counters and more.
Studies have shown that over 64% of Americans are Overweight! It really is easy to pack on some extra pounds these days. Heck...we are surrounded by Fast food (of which we all know is garbage!), the TV bombards us with eat this and eat that and hey! yeah our fast food chain is "Open Late", so you can come by and let our junk sit in you stomach for the night!
Oh boy!!! now we even have the holidays to contend with. I can feel the extra pounds knocking on my gut right now. I don't want to have to by bigger clothes or be uncomfortable in the ones I have. So how do I (we) Effectively Lose Fat and moreover Keep it off?
The main Problem I've found with most of the diets out there is that some of them do actually get rid of the fat (or does it?). The problem with them is it goes on a real bad curve! The weight (or fat...whatever you want to call it) starts to drop and then does a "U" turn and comes right back.Mainly because they make you loose more water (they call it weight!?!) Has this happened to you too?

Well, I work in Auto sales...which has a lot of "down" time. Consequently when you sit around for hours on end and consume fast food and junk food....well we all know what happens from there! I mean Really...go to a car lot and I would bet money that you'll find many guys there overweight. It happened to me. After going up a few pant sizes I knew I had to do something.
It's ALWAYS easy to put it on...But how to effectively lose the fat and keep it off is the real problem. So I tried (and failed) several different diets. You may know some of em' like Hydroxy Cut and so on. They all had something in common...short term was good...but in the long run...not so good.
I of course exercise as well. Diet alone just doesn't work for me. Everybody is different right? Anyhow... after trying many different diets I stumbled on this one. It has been giving me Great results, no side effects and it's not a temporary thing like the rest of them.
