Isn't it good we are all becoming more aware.
Stick to fresh, stick to ripe, stick to organic, stick to basics. We are now presented with so much food that has been "fiddled with" it's not funny.
We are in these bodies of ancient design but we do not eat as they did in ancient times. Think about pasturisation, preservatives, irradiation, hormones, synthetic vitamins etc etc ...... scary stuff.

Health tips are always needed and welcome! I love my Mona Vie and antioxidants and have a daily breakfast blender drink with fresh-ground golden flax seed, yogurt, apple, banana, other fruits du jour, touch of orange juice, raw oatmeal... YUMMY! Now I need to visit your blog regularly for other tips - such as the vital one for caregivers, LIFTING correctly! Keep the good information coming...
