make the most of your breathing - day and night

You wake up in the morning, open your windows and breathe the fresh breeze... Hmmm... an instant breeze cool feeling. Why not prolong this special alone moment...?

Making the Most of Your Breathing:

  1. Stand shoulder width apart. Arms akimbo or hand just resting by your sides with palms open. Start taking even breaths... If it suits you close your eyes and feel the air rushing in and gushing out.
  2. Now take deep breaths. To do this count 1 to inhale, count 2 to hold, and 3 and 4 to exhale.
  3. Visualize. Visualize fresh clean air coming in to your body and foul exhaust coming out. Feel your body renew in the process. Breathe... hmmm...
  4. Work out your abs while doing your breath exercise. Expand your diaphragm as you inhale; and contract as you exhale. Feel the power of your body as you do this. feel the energy?

After doing this breathing exercise for a whole month straight you can show your honey a fresher face and firmer abs; and you'll wake up with a good mood daily - he'll love you more for it. But the best beauty in this exercise is that you can do it before starting the day, to awaken your senses and focus your mind to prepare for the day, as well as - to de-stress after a day's hard work and prepare your body for a good night's rest. ~Ae Dechavez
