Is vegetation exterminating mankind ?

I always believed that plants and all the vegetation is beneficial and useful .

While we are looking for the cure of global warming, all those trees and greenery are quietly working against us – people. Are they on the mission to get rid of human kind?

I am reading more and more often about rather quite shocking founding. Scientists discovered that plants are actually producing dangerous level of methane gases which contribute to Green House Effect in much larger scale than previously believed. Methane is one of protecting gases without which we all would freeze. However this balance is quite fragile. Without Green House Effect day temperature would be around -19 C = -2,2F at night as low as – 40C = - 40F. So GHE is good, but only if there is a right level of all friendly or unfriendly gases.

Satellite conducted measurements over large bodies of forest are showing very disturbing level of methane.

People and lately even animals are largely blamed for contributing to the GHE, but according this new founding: plants are producing significant level of methane.

Every fallen and rotting leaf, every bird shit on your car is turning into methane gas ! One gram of leafs is guilty of 3 nanograms = 0.000000003 gram of methane. So what is the point here?

True, civilization and its products like: cars, hair spray, factories is to blame. However merely our existence and our waste of several billions digesting people is a huge factor in creating gases, which are preventing heat from escaping to the endless Universe. If those scientists as Professor Thomas Röckmann and Dr. Frank Keppler geochemists from Research Centre Nuclear Physics Heidelberg Germany are right and Mr. Al not, than even if we get rid of all our cars and hair sprays and start to sweat and become more enduring, all those trees, shrubs and roses would create enough of methane gas for all of us.

So all those billions of people and other billions of animals are to keep their gas to themselves. How ? Well maybe Mrs. Al would know.

It seem to be this profound Witches Cycle: More people, more oxygen needed . More oxygen we need, more greenery we need. More greens , more methane gas. More methane gas - stronger Green House Effect. And here even I can give Mr. Al credit. Severe weather and nature catastrophes of all kind - that was his discovery wasn't it? We can dried out all swamps and nicely ask Elephant not to pass gas right ?

Scientists In Heidelberg found out that 150 million tons of this gas goes into our atmosphere every year produced by plants only. It is 20% of all methane !! Maybe all lettuce, spruce and palm trees are fed up with us and they are just taking over.

How can we win here? Carbon capture and biodiversity program is calling for ” planting trees as a mixed forest” so it could re-grow into a stable ecosystem. This project is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

I can write ton of pages and kill some of trees or I can go out and buy some cute little spruce or shrub and plant it. Who is right ? More trees and more methane or less trees and more carbon? More I read, more info I am getting more confused I am.

I will bet on European Scientists on this one. Hundreds of years they are doing what they do the best. The discovering !!!
