#1) Bugatti Veyron 16.4

The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 from Germany is the first on my list for extremely fast, most cash costing, and most powerful car in the world. It can touch the speeds of 407 kph and some change which makes it easy to see how it can go from 0 to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds letting u know that this car is the real deal.

The Bugatti Veyron costs about $1.4 million. I personally feel that this is an extreme car worth having if you can fork up that kind of cash.

Can you believe that such a beautiful car is made by Volkswagen? Neither can I it came as such a shock. The car was named after Formula one race car driver Pierre Veyron, who took victory in the Le Mans race back in 1939 while driving for Bugatti.

The car has a W16 engine which is basically two V8 engines fused in a 'V' type style. Each of the car's cylinders has 4 valves which mean that it has a total of around about 64 valves. Now I don’t know what you’re thinking right now but I think that’s one impressive engine and to make things even more interesting it has four turbochargers.

Knowing all this just gives you more of a reason to get this extreme machine. The car's is weighing in around 1,890 kg, and may I say not bad because if it weighed any less then that with all that horsepower to the wheels it might just fly if it was any lighter.

Number 2 on my list is the Koenigsegg CCX which is not as much yet still just as expensive and extremely fast as the Bugatti. This car is from Sweden and can go from 0 to 60 mph in a mind blowing 3.2 seconds and with a price like that you can see why this car stole 2nd place on my list.

This beauty costs a pocket burning $722,534.

The CCX in the name stands for Competition Coupe X and it is powered by a Koenigsegg designed, all aluminum, 4700 cm3 DOHC 32-valve V8 engine. For those of you who don’t know this means that engine is light in weight which makes for higher horsepower. The engine puts out a whooping 900 hp on biofuel.

Inside the belly of the A10 is a 5.0 L V8 engine producing 600 hp. The engine has power plus a six-speed manual transmission. The car has carbon fiber bodywork, which makes it really light and horrifically fast. The calculated weight of the car is around 1,280 kg.

The company says that the A10 can reach a top speed of a mind-blowing 350 kph.

It has a carbon fiber body of course and rear crumple zones plus a fuel tank in the center position of the car.
