The problem with people who fast loose weight is that when you lost your weight you think you are done. They start eating again and maybe quit or lesson their sportive activities. First losing body fat and than gaining weight is called the JoJo effect. It will go up and down every time you start with a period to loose some weight. I can tell you from experience that fast loosing weight is not always the smartest thing to do. You need a plan and more important, you need to stick to your plan on losing weight. Don't starve yourself with one apple and one sandwich a day.


Loose weight with a diet

If you are on a diet and almost eat nothing, your body will be like a hungry jackal. When you finished your diet and start eating normal again you body will contain all the energy it gets from the food you eat. When your eating is balanced the body will only take the energy it needs, but when you starve it for a period of a few weeks, it will mass all the energy in your body. The effect of this is that you will fast gain weight. You think all was for nothing and will go on a diet period again.

There are many good plans on the internet that you can use to loose weight. They can help you stick to the plan you made or your instructor made. Try to make a realistic plan, a plan which will make you feel comfortable and one that you truly believe you can stick too. Don't fall for the loose weight in 10 days formula's that are offered, they won't help you one thing. Fast loosing weight and stick to that weight is changing your way of life, You need to change your total way of living, eat more healthy, go do some sport like cycling or jogging.

I truly believe it is very hard to loose weight on your own. You could need some help to fast loose weight but maybe you don't know where to look. Help is often one click away on the Internet as this is the biggest information collection there is. Go explore and find the way that suits you best to loose your weight and feel comfortable again with who you are.
