Tips To Losing Weight Fast

In the past, I tried high-carbohydrate diets, high-protein diets, and low-carb diets. Looking for a good weight loss diet can be frustrating experience when you don't what works. While I experienced weight loss with each diet, all of these diets had their own drawbacks. The high-carbohydrate diet helped me lose body fat, but required a lot of exercise and I ended up feeling tired most of the time. Considering I'm not someone who enjoys heavy workouts, this program certainly didn't suit my schedule and lifestyle.

The high-protein diet initially worked very well for fat loss. This diet works by eliminating the intake of carbohydrates, which also means that the body does not have enough fat to break down, (both protein and fat are broken down to sustain the life process) thereby throwing my body out of gear. As for the low-carb diet, I also experienced tiredness simply because my body didn't have enough fuel to burn for energy!

We could talk about the best fat loss diets all day long, but I’m going to tell you that the easiest, simplest ways to burn fat and achieve natural weight loss even while utilizing the best program is by eating a diet filled with whole, natural healthy foods.

In fact, by adopting these simple dietary changes, you literally have the secret on how to lose belly fat and keep it off forever and also able to lose weight easily. You’ll find that you can lose 3,5 or even 7 pounds in one week if you make these nutrition changes.

Some simple fat loss diet plans

Tip #1 - Stick to whole, natural foods

While you can get weight watchers foods from the frozen section in your grocery store, it would be healthier and give you more results if you could simply buy your own and create your meals yourself.

Healthy foods like fruits and vegetables are “nutrient dense” foods, meaning you get a lot of vitamins, minerals, and fibre from a small number of calories. In fact, there is no limit to the amount of fruits and vegetables you can eat in a day.

In fact, you can work your way up to eating 3-4 servings of fruit per day, and 5 servings of vegetables. This may sounds like a lot, but a serving is 1 small banana or 1 small apple. It’s really easy to improve the health and fat burning effectiveness of your diet.

Tip #2 – Add Raw Nuts to your diet

A lot of people are resistant to this recommendation because they believe nuts have too many calories and too much fat. But research shows that when people eat more raw nuts (such as almonds, cashews, pecans or walnuts), they don’t gain weight. Though high in calories, the high fibre content of the nuts fill you up and stop you from eating too much food at future meals.

By substituting nuts for complex carbohydrates, your appetite is satisfied, helping you to eat fewer calories each day, and that’s why they will help you with fast fat loss.

Tip #3 - Choose healthy snacks and avoid processed foods

For snacks, go for more fruit and nuts, or cut-up raw vegetables and salsa. If you like protein shakes, look for those that do not contain a lot of carbohydrates per servings or preferably go for vegetarian protein shake options like pea protein.

Avoid all processed and modified foods from a bag or a box. This includes the worst offenders like cake, ice cream, chips, and cookies, as well as bread, pasta, and breakfast cereals, including processed foods like hot dogs and hamburgers too. These foods are calorie dense and should be avoided on a whole, natural foods diet. The worst offenders also contain deadly trans-fats that can cause heart disease.

Then you need to eliminate all the processed carbohydrates such as bread, breakfast cereals, granola bars, and pretzels - even if you think those are healthy, they don't make the best fat loss diet. These so-called healthy modified carbohydrate foods often spike your blood sugar, make you tired, and leave you hungry within an hour or two.

Tip #4 - Remove Sugar

To help you get rid of belly fat, you need to cut out all liquid calories. If you drink juice, soda, or sugar-laden coffees, you are not going to lose those belly fat. Your stomach will get bigger, not flatter. Sugar calories add up fast and make you hungry faster.

Sugar is a no-no for weight loss. By getting rid of sodas and juices - and even sugar-laden Starbucks coffee - you can cut out 500 to 1000 calories per day from your diet. This alone would cause a 1-2 pound weight loss in a week, but you also will decrease your insulin level. Insulin is a fat storage hormone.

Step #5 – Eat more than 3 meals a day

Another easy way to increase your fat loss is to eat 5-6 small meals per day, rather than 3 large meals. At the very least, have 3 slightly-smaller-than-normal meals, and add two small snacks in-between meals. Focus on controlling portion size and avoiding excessive hunger. This will prevent you from binge eating.

So use these healthy eating tips to get the right fat burning diet in your weight loss plan.
