I came across the Fat Loss for Idiots a year ago but I didn’t take it seriously because of the name. I thought somebody had prepared a weight loss joke site and that this calorie shifting was some kind of funny joke. In fact, I even laughed when the site claimed that you could lose weight by confusing the body to lose weight with calorie shifting.
A few months passed by and I kept getting numerous mailings from several newsletters on a new program called Fat Loss for Idiots that was taking the internet by a storm. Once again, I couldn’t believe it. So in fact, Fat Loss for idiots is really commercial.
...Should I laugh? I didn’t know.
But what I DID know that it is commercial and if that idiot proof technique is really some technique, then I want in on it. I mean who else can claim to lose 9 lbs in 11 days with such pride?
So I finally decided to give in to it and purchased access to the Fat Loss for Idiots Site. I downloaded the book and got access to the Online Diet Generator. I wonder what that was.
After reading the book, I understood what Fat Loss for Idiots diet is all about. It is simply to make your body behave like an idiot. Or shall I say it confuses your body into such a numb nuts that it can’t guess what you are going to eat the next meal. And with this uncertainty, the body simply decides what the heck and starts using the stored fat in your body as energy.
The fat loss for idiots’ diet is quite different from other diets I have seen and experienced both online and offline. While the other folks ask you to eat less and suppress your hunger, this idiot proof diet program goes on to claim that you should never let your body get hungry.
In fact, you are not going to count calories while following the 11 day diet plan using the online generator (which is a great tool since it prepares you diet plans according to your preferences). You will be eating until you are not hungry. And it doesn’t mean you will be eating until you throw up.
And did I mention a 3 day cheat allowance after the 11 day program before you started it over again? You can eat whatever you like in the 3 cheat days as long as you don’t go crazy on it.
That’s all there is to the fat loss for idiots program, but you could definitely make it more effective by incorporating strength training three times a day. It doesn’t matter if it is bodyweight workouts or with weights. If you can make your body sweat with a little activity, your metabolism can go the extra edge and help you lose extra weight.
SO? Does it live up to its name?
I tried it personally and it did help me lose 8.3 pounds in 11 days, but this is just the beginning. I just have to repeat the 11 day program with the online diet generator, and in a month, I would have lost over 32 pounds.
...That is 4 pounds more than what I need to lose though.
Anyways, if you are wondering if fat loss for idiots program is for you, then let me put it in easy terms.
If you can follow a more controlled diet plan that is more fun and requires you to have 4-6 short meals a day to keep your metabolism elevated, then Fat Loss for Idiots is a great program for you.
