Fat Loss For Idiots - How Many Meals Per Day Should You Have?

One of the greatest dilemmas facing those about to embark on a diet and fitness program is to decide how many meals to eat every day. Fat Loss For Idiots program comprehensively covers this question.

Convention tells us that three meals a day is the best. In other words, breakfast, lunch and dinner, However many of the weight loss experts will tell us that you should increase the number of meals that we eat very day. Their suggestions rise up to as many as six, which apart from anything else would be a major logistic exercise. It would appear that most people are happy to settle for four meals a day as an ideal compromise situation.

The principal common denominator in this new regime is that these meals should be spread out to no less than two and one hours apart. Let's say that an ideal timetable would be as follows:

  • Breakfast (Between 7.00 -9.00)
  • Lunch (Between 11.30 -14.00)
  • Afternoon Snack (Between 16.00 -18.00)
  • Dinner (Between 19.00- 21.30)

Fat Loss For Idiots and Number of Meals Per Day

Ok so what will eating four meals within these time scales do for me?

It will allow your body to burn considerable amounts of surplus fat. The reason for this is that your metabolism is used to absorb and distribute calories per meal, and store the balance. This means that by eating smaller meals, especially low fat, then your metabolism will not be faced with the problem of storing excess fat. Because there won't be any! This formulates the basis of the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet Handbook.

Basically three of the four meals you will be eating will be fairly light with only one of them having some form of meat or fish content. If the idea appeals to you, you should consult with a dietician or nutritionist for advice. It goes without saying that there is also a wealth of information to be found on succesful weight loss methods on line.
