Also try to see if the person has a personal website on the Internet. You could type in “blog” or “website” and the full name.

Lastly, consider looking up the person’s friends, family and known associates. These people might be on the Internet. Once you locate one of these people, all it might take after that is a phone call to enquire about the whereabouts of your person.
