Aerobics

Aerobics means with oxygen. The process of muscle generating is with the use of oxygen. Aerobics consists of different strength training as well as stretching components which improve the muscle strength, flexibility and even the cardio-vascular fitness.

Aerobics exercise is mostly performed to music in a group setting with a leader, although it can also be prepared solo without musical. It is often practiced with barefoot. Yoga

The meaning of the word yoga is ‘union', in Sanskrit. Yoga is actually the union of the mind, body and spirit. People all around the world practice yoga for the immense benefits it offers. Practicing yoga gives peace of mind, helps in controlling stress and temper problems, improves mental health and physical health etc.

Yoga is practically about creating a balance in the body through development of body strength and flexibility. The practice of physical postures and or poses is called Asana. Yoga practice includes instructions in breathing, meditation and inspirational reading by the teachers. Yoga can be practiced both in gymnasiums as well as in yoga centers. In gyms it is focused purely in physical benefits and in yoga centers, the spiritual benefits are given more importance. Yoga can be easiest way to stay health for those also who have problem in doing exercise due to some problem like back pain etc.

There are different styles in yoga based on the physical postures, but each one has a particular use. The different types of yoga include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga or power yoga, Iyengar, kundalini and Bikram or Hot yoga. Specific yoga gears are prescribed for yoga practice. It includes yoga mats and bags and comfortable clothes for wearing.

Muscular fitness

We all are well aware of the word fitness but fitness level is achieved by the combinent effect of many factors like internal or spiritual fitness, physical fitness, biological fitness etc but now we come across of new type or you can say factor fitness i.e. muscular fitness. As the name suggests it is the level of fitness of muscles, such fitness is only obtained after proper work outs and intake of healthy diet. Muscular fitness is very important for sport personnels especially in those sports wherein high muscle coordination is required, if the muscles are not fit then the sportmen has to face problems like muscle strains, muscle cramps etc which is very common. Muscle fitness level is highly required in sports like boxing, running etc. so in such cases some steriods are also helpful which strenthen the intra muscular activities and thus required muscle fitness is achieved and thus perfomance improves.

Fitness In Men

Fitness level is a question which arises in the mind of every person interested in gaining fitness. What is proper fitness actually fitness level changes with each and every personel fitness is linked with the body and work to be performed but the fitness though changes but fitness has wide variation in men and women. Fitness level in men is required to be much higher than women because men has to perform all that works which use up much stamina from the body and thus there fitness level should be definetly be higher than that of women who don't have to perform work which use up much of stamina. These diffrence is well known by fitness experts hence men are said to do much more work outs than women are suggested to. Even the diet plan differs in men because they require more energy to perform there act hence more food is inculcated in there diet plans.
