Hi, my name is Paul Seymour and like millions of people out there I saw the Tony Horton P90X infomercial. At the time I was almost 200 lbs below you will see my before picture. At 5 foot 8 and 39 years old that was pretty heavy for me. So not knowing what I was in store for I ordered P90X. It came in a white box that when you opened it says's "Here is you gym for the next 90 days." So I picked my start date and went on line to the Team Bechbody Website and got started.

It sure didn' take long for me to see why this program works. The first few week were really hard and I had not worked out in a long time. Later I found out I should have started with another program Tony Horton has called P90 and worked my way up to P90X, but I stuck with it. Tony is pretty funny and keeps you entertained while he is kicking your you know what into the ground.

Team Beach Body gives everyone who signs up a free coach. My coach was Yamille Hurst. She was great and really helped me stay on track and we have become good friends. The best part was on the web site to keep you motivated they give away prizes everyday just for logging in before you work out. One day I won an 80 gig Ipod. How awesome it was to log in one day and see my picture up as the daily winner from the day before. Then a few weeks later in the mail my ipod arrived...Very Cool !

My next step was wanting to stay fit. I wanted to help someone else, like my coach helped me, so I became a coach. Being a coach helps me stay fit because I want to be a good example for those I help.
