I do my own ipod troubleshooting .There is no need to send it anywhere ever.  I love my iPod but hate the iPod trouble . I have the itouch model and it has all the space I need to load the songs I love . I started out with a standard MP3 player several years ago after finally letting my daughter inherit my old Cd player . It held about 20 songs and at the time was perfect . However, we are never satisfied . I needed more music so I stepped up to the Nano version with 1000 songs ,but still more iPod trouble . Apple seems to love having us at their beck and call . It seems like Apple introduces a newer "upgraded" version every September , I wonder what this one will be like . I heard it was a newer itouch version and the Nano will not be around long .I hope I don't have the same iPod trouble with this one .

Apple will not tell you how to fix your broken iPod problems you will encounter. you will get the runaround . Been there ,done that . They will ask you to send your iPod back to them for repairs . The average cost to fix it can run as high as $249 and that's before the $30 shipping and handling fees . This is if it is still covered under the manufacturers warranty . If your warranty has expired ,good luck .If is is under warranty it will only be guaranteed to work for 90 days . I wanted to have it fixed for longer that 90 days and I also didn't feel like having to go and find all the songs I have . I didn't save them all in a file and it would take forever to get them again. It's a good thing I didn't just give in and send it back . I searched around and found a guide that was pretty inexpensive and seemed to solve all my iPod problems . It explained how you could fix any iPod problems within 1 hour or less or I Get all My Money Back. Hm, not a bad deal if it worked like it said it would . What the hell, I downloaded it . It was instant and for the price I paid, what did I have to lose ?

The first thing I noticed was how clear and easy the guide was to understand . Nothing makes me more upset than reading a "non-techie" guide that is filled with techie crap . I am not a internet techie , just a guy wanting good music . Apparently ,someone with the iPod Repair Guide understands that . My wife could understand the guide and she is "techie illiterate" if that is even a term . That is how simple and easy it is to understand .
