When Kareena Kapoor turned size zero, she made headlines.  In Bollywood, the heroines need to be slim and size zero.  Karishma Kapoor maintained her body slim and trim.  But then, back in South Indian, the heroines are carrying extra weight.  Fat and flabby heroines are most popular.  Like Khushboo, Rambha all were ruling the south Indian film industry.  Jelly belly and tight floppy thighs are in thing.  In fact, they guarantee success at the box office.

But the trend seems to changing as heroines down south Indian are turning slim and shading their extra kilos.  Take for example Anushka Shetty.  She is slim and near perfect size zero.  She wore bikini and skimpy cloths to show off her sexy slim body.  She acquired her hourglass waistline with lot exercises and yoga.  She in fact is yoga teacher herself, she does yoga to keep herself fit and slim.  She even help Namitha to shade a couple of kilos while both were doing the movie Billa where they both wear bikini clad dresses.

Even Hansika’s chunky cheeks have disappeared and she now looks magical best.  With wearing bikini and short skirt the norm of the days in Telugu and Tamil movies, the heroines have turned to look slim and give hourglass shape to their waistlines.
