1. Flight Pro Sim is the most realistic flight simulator for under $100 (In order to get better you would have to spend over $500 for a military grade simulator.) I would probably go as far to say that it gives the feel of really flying but you don’t get the sense that if something goes wrong, you are going to be fined millions of dollars
2. It also has one of the largest selections of aircraft. (Over 80 planes and 20 helicopters if you get the plane package that I would strongly suggest. The plane package does increase the price but the fact that you get 3 times the number of planes, including the Wright Flyer, it is well worth getting.)
3. Its helpful starter guides can help you become used to the aircraft in less than 1 hour. (Within 30 minutes of getting the game installed I was all ready flying as if I had been doing it for years even though I have never flown an aircraft before.)
4. It has a unique buildings infrastructure that means that you can see the buildings that are there in real life and not an aerial photograph. (The buildings in some cases are so realistic that you would think that they had stolen the plans for every house in the world.)
5. In all it is the closest you can get to real life flying, without leaving your house (you also don't have to worry about crashing a multi-million dollar plane. This ‘game’ is also able to run on more modest computers so you don’t need to have a top of the range computer in order to use it.)

In all I have to say that Flight Pro Sim is one of the best flight simulators that money can buy and its price tag means that it is available to anyone’s budgets.
