49I just actually meant "Re-inventing Your Room" but since I am pretty obliged to be desperate in snatching your attention; I have the right, to write such. Heehee. Don't worry though, for you won't regret that curiosity of yours! Okay. Let's begin with thinking of what is the most noticeable part of your house/room. (Okay then let's just settle on your room for a narrower scope.) Clue: It's like when you're asked what's the largest organ in the human body and your answer is skin. So...? Okay man it's not the paint on your walls, don't be lost. I'll just answer my own invented rack-you-brain question so as to avoid . The most noticeable part of your room... is... (I am not open to any objections!)... the floor! Yeah man... when your bed and your monstrous closet are still not in the picture of course. So there. Revamping your lair starts with your floor. Translation: Reinventing your room starts with your uh... floor. And I am here to share my floor suggestions so that you may one day give yourself a pat on the back for having been curious on the ‘revamping your lair' article! Okay. I'll quit it. The first thing to consider when you want to redo your room is to actually know what you want the aura your room wants to have. Do you want it to have a relaxed ambiance? An energetic atmosphere? What feeling do you want your room to emit? The reason why I'm asking these is because decisions on picking the best and suitable flooring option for you depends on how you want your room to be. For example, if you want your room to have an earthy feel, I am suggesting that either you choose bamboo flooring or if you want a homey feel, I'll suggest that you purchase plenty of rugs. Of course these rugs shall be placed on perfectly polished concrete floors but this implicates regular cleaning of rugs and the concrete floor as well. There are various kinds of rugs to choose from but if what we're talking about is a personal room, I suggest that you purchase wool rugs for it wears longer than the synthetic ones. It is also resistant to dust so cleaning might actually be of light burden. Bamboo flooring on the other hand is generally suggested on kitchens for this place gets damp frequently and bamboo flooring properties are best on such places. Vinyl and corks and the likes are advisable on high traffic areas, this may mean that it can be of commercial purposes. So if your room is actually a work room wherein clients and colleagues are in-and-out most of the time, you might as well try vinyl and the likes (rubber flooring, linoleums, etc.). You see, ‘revamping your room' really depends on how your room's gonna be. So it's really just like shopping for clothes... ONLY you have to know delve deeper on the aesthetics. You have to probe more on the quality and durability of the flooring option you've chosen. Maintenance is also highly considered so that whenever someone sees your room for the first time, there's always the impression that your room is has just been ‘revamped'. So what are you waiting for? Revamp your room now!
