What is the best way to fight fatigue and regain energy?
67Drink plenty of water and eat right
This sounds idiotically simple, however it's easier said than done. When we are eating either too much or not enough it takes a toll on our bodies. Especially for women. I have spent most of my life not eating properly and am just now learning that eating 3 meals a day (at least one veggie and/or fruit with each meal), low in starch and sugars and cutting down on junk foods at night makes you feel energized and alert. Cutting down on coffee and drinking at least 8 glasses of ICE COLD water per day will flush out the toxins built up and reduce water retention. It is so hard to get on the right track when you've been on the wrong one for so long, but give yourself a full week of this practice and you will find that you feel way better and less bloated. After the first week, you won't be so inclined to eat poorly and you will start to crave your daily water. I feel groggy and sick if I don't drink my water. GET GOING and GOOD LUCK ALL

Cold water keeps your system (metabolism) working to warm it up, hence more effective weight loss and water retention reliever :)
Hi Creative, I agree and am guilty of not eating correctly and then wondering where my energy has gone. As for the water... I just can't drink cold water, it always has to be room temperature. Well done and straight forward hub!
Eating properly is definately important, but you also need to exercise. When you exercise your body may feel worn out, but if you exercise on a regular basis, then you will feel better and have so much more energy.
Thank you for the good point SM! I agree with you! All of those things play a part in energy and feeling good :)
I like to drink a big gulp cup full of ice water.

Creative ... I agree about the amount of water, but what is the significance of cold water?
Good reminder for us all.
