It's a website concept, yes. Is it much of a website, no. I am a foodie and my wife is an ultra-foodie. The concept is that people who are foodies live their lives learning about what their eatting, are truely interested in where their food comes from, lives much of their life devoted to the creation of their food.
It's not just enjoying what you eat, but enjoying where it comes from and how you do it.
