To begin with, there are the folding trailers, which attach to basically any type of vehicle. They're for those who have cars, minivans or small SUVs which can only pull about 3,000 pounds.

Then there are the travel trailers and the fifth wheels. The major difference between the two is that the fifth wheels have a bit more room and are mounted on a truck bed while the travel trailer can be hitched to the back of the tow vehicle.

The poor quality will do only what they feel can not be avoided. One or two satisfied customers is no more indication of a quality manufacturer than one or two unhappy customers mean a company builds all junk.
