Most of the high-quality hypnosis scripts available online are restricted to subscribers, however there is a way around this to find free hypnosis scripts and self hypnosis audio MP3s on those websites.

One website called Hypnotic World offers a number of totally free scripts to download and use. The trick to finding free downloads on these subscription sites is looking for a "Samples" section, where a few scripts are always available for free.

Under the first heading at Hypnotic World you'll see some sample scripts that can be accessed. If you click on see 'all scripts' just below that and scroll down to look at the links marked with 'free' you will be able to find literally dozens of free scripts such as:

• Quitting addictions such as alcohol and smoking
• Confidence building
• Getting rid of jealous feelings
• OBE and astral travel
• Exam stress

Self hypnosis downloads

If you are looking for a hypnotic script to use on yourself the best way to do so is to download a pre-packed audio hypnosis session. During hypnosis we're not able to use scripts on ourselves, so the only way this can be done is by having someone else do the induction, or downloading a script that will play by itself.

On the left-hand side at Hypnotic World you'll see a "Hypnosis MP3 Downloads" drop-down menu with dozens of self hypnosis MP3s to download. Most of them cost around $9 per download, or double that for a CD version of the same program.
