And the best is by simply cooking and preparing healthy meals from weight loss recipes and participating in sports activities to burn away any extra calories and fat. If you can achieve that, you should find yourself losing weight easily.

Maintain a diet that is high in complex carbohydrates and fibre, but low in protein and fat. Also be vary that any food that is advertised as “no fat” may not mean it is “non-fattening.”  You may be getting just as many calories from the “no-fat” food. So, do not be misled and believe that you can eat any amount of the food that is “fat-free”.

Do not skip meals because food provides the energy needed for proper functioning of the various organs and systems of your body. Eating also helps to maintain your body’s metabolic rate at a healthy level. Instead of skipping meals, you can eat snacks. Just remember that if you want to lose weight and stay healthy at the same time, you have to be aware of the types of food you eat and of every activity that you do.
