- SET ASIDE SOME TIME EVERY WEEK TO FOLLOW YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE
- MAKE A FITNESS PROGRAM AND STICK TO IT
- WORK UP FROM THE BEGINNING AND PROGRESS TO MORE ADVANCED LEVELS
- CHANGE YOUR DIET TO COMPLEMENT YOUR NEW FITNESS PROGRAM
- WRITE AN EXERCISE AND FITNESS DIARY
- JOIN A HEALTH CLUB, MEET OTHER LIKE MINDED FITNESS ENTHUSIASTS
- TAKE UP A GROUP SPORT
Whatever kind of exercise you do it is important not to be too hard on yourself. You need to stay motivated so that you can improve your fitness levels and concentrate on working out. Maybe you like dancing and can try dance aerobics; or maybe try out some new Boot Camp classes; or maybe you like walking, running or swimming? If you like group activities then why not take up a group sport?
You can try out lots of different kinds of exercise so that you find the fitness activity that you really like. This will make your task a lot easier. And remember start only at a level you feel comfortable with, don't overdo things, work at your own pace. In just a few weeks you will notice your improvement and in no time you will be able to progress to higher fitness levels and reach your fitness goals
