These free poems are here to express my philosophy of coaching and of living. How you can change things in your life and become what you want to become. I call it "Free To Be Me". It is a way to make yourself free and the way you want to be.

I don't claim to be a great poet and I'm not really trying to write great poetry. What I want is to express my feelings and to give people the choice of improving things in their lives by just freeing themselves from stress and doing what comes naturally.
