The subject of when to eat and how often can be contentious but the latest thoughts on the subject suggest that keeping to regular meal times and eating small nutritious snacks between meals may be the answer. It's not always easy to lose weight, but if you take the time and focus on natural weight loss through sensible, controlled eating and exercise you will achieve lasting results.

Where do I find the energy to do exercise. I am Up by 3:30am put in am 8hr.+ day at work on my feet for71/2 hrs.+.I come home clean fix dinner and dead on my feet by 7:00pm I have no energy and I feel that it is a never ending battle to find things that are good for you but you can stay in a budgit to feed 5 people
