Green salad or garden salad is a healthy dish which normally servers before Main Course and under Appetizer category. Salad is a mixture of green like iceberg lettuce, romaine, cucumber, tomatoes and cheese and serve with dressing. Capsicum can also be added. Beside rich in color, capsicum produces a lot of vitamins. To whom in a diet program, eating salad is highly recommendation.

To prepare

  • Gather all ingredients

  • Cut lettuce into 2cm x 2cm (wash using ice water at 40'F)

  • Peel cucumber, cut into dice

  • Slice tomato

  • Grate cheese and mix it well

  • Place greens, tomatoes, cucumber and sprinkle with cheese on a frozen salad bowl

Served with desire dressing: Thousand Island, Honey Mustard, Vinaigrette Dressing etc.

Serving: 1 portion
