G O D means Generator, Organizer and Destroyer. God sees every one as equal and is UN discriminatory .Now the question arises that, when the Nature (god) gives every thing to every one for free and is unbiased why is the world today suffering with jealously, greed, irritation, misery, terrorism, and poverty?

The answer is simple and clear and is also our next question to be answered. When the nature does not quantify its own creations like fire, water, earth, and air which are basic ingredients of any product which we produce for our own consumption, who? Are the humans to quantify it in terms of money which is being used as a tool for discrimination.

Money is not something which has come from heaven with a note on it that reads “This will help you rule the world”? It is only created humans like us thinking that it will help the people to get motivated and work for the betterment of the mankind but they could not estimate the damage it has done to the society till today.

Money is like clay in the hands of a monkey (humans). A God or Devil can be made out of it.

Some Truths which we all preach but never practice.

v It is our service which is more important than our knowledge.(but today it is the knowledge & MONEY which is paid for and not for the service)

v No individual is same and every one is unique and has some unique qualities. Every work is equal vent to service to god (but a sweeper is paid 1000 Rs and a Manager is paid 10000 Rs.)

v Basic needs of every individual is same and our wants are unlimited and never ending.(A cooli who actually does more physical work and strains more than a manager can only dream for taking rest with an AC ON even though it is his work which actually requires an rest for some time under an AC)

v Knowledge can help humans to live a life with better understanding but is not essential to live life.(Is it necessary to know we live because of inhaling oxygen ? but I doubt if we could pass out 2^nd standard in today’s world if we don’t know this.)

v Knowledge is learning and understanding something which has been discovered or invented by humans like us and if a person is trained and given ample opportunity he can do wonders. (Pay 20 lakhs for a medical seat, and 6 lakhs for an engineering seat.)

v Knowledge should be spread for free and should not be soled like products .Teaching once means learning twice.(today ,s proverb “Teaching once means earning twice one as donation and other as bribe).Knowledge has become a business.(Every time we enter into an institute we are offered discounts “if you join within two days you will be offered a discount of 15 % )

v Any work done voluntarily without expecting an reward gives an immense amount of satisfaction and self confidence (Double pay if you work on Diwali)

v Customer satisfaction is our prime goal.(A company closes the production of a good car (which gained confidence of the public) because its spares parts were not being sold thus loosing money)

v Cleanliness is God. (That is why we clean up our house and throw it in front of others housing.)

v Health is wealth. (Tobacco is injurious to health but we will sell it in the market because it is a good source of revenue for our government).

v Hording of goods is a crime. (Hording of money without using it for the betterment of people is intelligence).(Swiss bank)

v Give priority to more important works.(scientist are finding out whether life is possible on mars or not ,but here even after knowing that life can be led comfortably on earth many people are dreaming for one time meal ,and dress to wear. nothing being done for that )

v E G O, Jealousy, Anger, Greed, and Lust are five ghost s of life. (Let’s make even these ghosts our friends (few relationships in earth never die).

v No one in their life would like to fail. It is better to be crazy in life than to be lazy.

v The poor, sinners,murderers,handicapped,the needy and people suffering from disease are the real god service to them is the supreme activity of life.(calculate the % of business which we will receive from them, then think of helping them)

v Knowledge is wealth (if you are a graduate you are qualified for this job if you are post graduate you are over qualified.)

v Alcohol is injurious to health (little alcohol is not injurious to health and is essential for showing off our standard ,anything in limit is good ,then why not taste a bit of cyanide ,very small quantity should not be injurious)

v We can never judge a person within a short time (just on the basis of certificates people are judged in an interview in five minutes.) v Work for what we eat, work for what we wear, and work for were we rest and all other things are least essential.(simple and most effective principle to live a peaceful and happy life.)

v All humans are normally opportunists' (but still after knowing this, some silly questions in an interview are asked "If you get a better opportunity than this, will you leave this job? A human with all his senses right and active will answer "yes surely I will quit this job" but practically today, if we answer the same I am sure we will not get that job). v All humans today run a rat race behind money, eat, sleep, read, and gain knowledge, for what? The truth is silly -only for products and services discovered, invented and produced. Then why so much irritation, strain, jealously, greed and terror.

v Equality in all respects and mutual sharing of knowledge and products can only give supreme satisfaction to the mankind and the nature will be proud for its excellent creation "THE HUMANS".

v Is it not better to have 1000 workers united together for the upliftment of the society than to have 10 Bill gates, 10 Ambani's and rest as beggars?

v Never waste food items unnecessarily. (We need to think of those poor people who even do not have something to eat before we enjoy someone's birthday wasting the cakes on each other's face.)

v People who actually build houses & building for big shots do not have a safe house to protect themselves from rain (sealing's leaking). v People who are poor are given cheap gift's on functions and rich an expensive gift when the opposite should have been ethical.

v When the poor do not have slippers to wear, we people have carpets laid on floors to walk over it.

v Farmers who produce food grains for everyone do not have enough food for their own families and in extreme cases they commit suicide when they are burdened with heavy taxes.

v Rich people do often drive their vehicles in a crazy manner killing the poor lying on the footpath and destitute for the sake of their fun.

v People who work as bodyguards get killed while saving their Masters LIVES.

With all such things happening in the world where people are being discriminated on basis of knowledge, money, religion, colour, cast and loosing ethics and values there is one more thing we all fail to understand is that nature values everyone equally and treats everyone equally that is the reason why tsunami washed everyone who were near the sea shore it did not verify whether the person who is going to be affected is a lawyer, doctor, or a sweeper, or a beggar.

What can be done for stopping this discrimination?

1. We all know the basic necessities of life so; first give every individual his basic requirements (food, clothing, shelter) for free because it is our birth right. 2. Free (compulsory) education to all children till 23 years of age. (Till post graduation).stop correspondence education. One sport of the individual choice has to be taken and practiced.(18 years of education) 3. Education system more of group study and group exams than individual exams, no marks system, only grade A OR B.% INTERNAL RECORDS above 60%. 4. After education the individual should voluntarily go and join in the field of his choice (no interviews). Every work is equal and will be honored equally. 5. Children should strictly not be allowed in theaters or pubs or around beach and other recreation areas during school times and can enter only if their parents accompany them. Students should not be allowed in local buses after school start time. 6. From 23 years of age every one should work men and women till 60 years of age. (Exception for women: 5years in the time of pregnancy when mother is required to be with the child).Working hours any 8 hours of work. As per the firm's rule. After 60 no need to work, every one above will be given with the basic necessities, vehicle on demand for travel, free medical facilities and other wants. If the individual wishes he can voluntarily assist as an advisor in his field of interest after 60 year. 7. If an individual is not willing to work in any field he will not be given food, clothing for the next month so, it does not affect the parents who are working, so only the individual is punished. 8. In case of illness the individual can undergo treatment in a hospital for free but, if he wantedly pretends to be ill he will be jailed. 9. Two hours of extra education of the individual, s choice while he is working after working hours in any field. 10. Every individual will be given all the necessities of life irrespective of him serving the community as a sweeper or a director. 11. BEST Performers and people with creative ideas will be sent abroad for a vacation WITH HIS FAMILY (tool for motivation). 12. Free trips to all once in every three months within the country. 13. A unique Identity number for all to be allotted and should be used at every institution, travel, theaters, hotels etc. (for tracing purpose) without which the person will not be allowed. 14. Free travel within the city and needs an acknowledgment pass from the firm if needs to travel out of the city or state. 15. Division of areas and location should only be for the use of maintenance identification of the area and governance purpose and should not be used as a medium of discrimination. 16. No discrimination on the basis of country. if a new technology is discovered in a country the members of that country should take initiative to travel abroad and spread the technology for betterment of mankind instead of patenting the product for only their country. If there is a scarcity then it can be exchanged for some other item which is not available in that country. 17. Religions are like different rivers proceeding towards one ultimate ocean and the ocean is the almighty. If a Belief or a ritual practice is found good and there follower feel that it will benefit the mankind as a whole then it should be spread for the betterment but should not be enforced or dictated and should be left with the choice of the public to accept it or not .Sensible people will look at its pros and cons and will accept if, they find it to be true and beneficial. (Fighting on the basis of religion, cast & creed is not only a shame on us but also a reason of grief for the nature ) 18. None of the creation of the nature (land, metals, air, fire) can be said to be ours it is only we who use them for a better standard of living, so, quantifying it in terms of money and creating an imbalance amongst mankind and economy is the greatest sin for which crores of people are being punished.

19. Praise in public; criticize in private, that's the rule, this rule when not followed leads to extreme consequences like suicide, mental disorders, and personal differences.

20. You may continue to exceed onlookers' expectations but shall always fall Short of the boss's expectations. 21. Why are foreign countries investing in the Asian countries TODAY? Not entirely because they want us to develop but only because we have a huge human resource and the labor cost in our country is app 4 times lesser than that in their country.

A method to process money free world.

Concept

If I have Rs 1000 then the choice with me to use it are many. I can use it to purchase dresses, for food products, pay electricity bill, save it in bank, invest in stock exchange(Fluctuations),invest in chit funds(cheating),invest in some business(risk),buy cigarettes and spend for having alcohol(Health hazard),Buy a big knife and use it for threatening some one to make money and steal money, kill some one and take his property(crime), buy drugs and sell it for making more money(illegal business), spend it for a treatment of disease(unwanted expenses),buy weapons and use it for terrorism and so on.

If I use it for some thing good then no problem, but the problem arises when the same money is used to do some thing which hurts others mentally, financially, and physically. Since this situation is increasing like a cancer cell in the world today, it is far far better to avoid use of money and bring in a system which gives an individual only the commodity directly and does not include a mediator like money which can be used for other bad purpose also.

An individual does some thing wrong only when he receives some thing which he does not have or receives some thing which increases his standards but if there was a system which gives every necessary thing to all individuals, only on the condition that they will do the work assigned to them sincerely, then why would some one like to cheat others? When no money exists in the society the chances of a person accepting to do a crime or a sin will surely reduce and naturally the chances of cheating and frauds will surely vanish.

Frauds occur in the Business world only when there is excess of competition and inequality and discrimination, and few of the firm when not able to manage its business in the normal ethical means are bound to find some unethical means to make money and survive in the business, and the solution for this could only be that there is only one firm dealing with one particular product or service and every firm should have a research team and a team for innovations and new ideas to serve the community better. (Truly this could lead to less development than compared to present situation but will surely reduce the amount of frauds and cheats that is happening in today's business world). Steps

Find and list all the necessary items of life for daily use and one time investment products. (Milk.shirts, Pants, utensils, knife, tools, food items, furniture, gold etc)

Find what is the requirement of each item for each individual, credit reasonable amount of that item in every individual's account which being his UNIQUE ID number with a password.(Milk-400ml per day(12 liters of milk per month)(1gram of gold per month)

As money is withdrawn from the A T M, coupons for each product should be credited into every individual's account; the individual can withdraw for using it at any time as per his wish. (Get the coupon out, take it to the nearest outlet of the product chosen, and take it to your home)(The coupons can be exchanged only for that product)

Family coupons for enjoying food with a time period within which you can have food in your favorite restaurant. (Reduces rush & wastage of food+ health caution)

Credit work points after achieving which you can have your own car with a driver. (Also a tool for motivation)

Find the reasonable amount of electricity consumption required in a house with 5 members; credit it in to the family account. If the consumption exceeds reduce the extra consumption from the next month's credit. If the same continues for more than 3 months cut the connection.(conservation of energy)tracking with unique ids.

Only good quality products for all no rations and second hands.

Jail the individual who does not work, or do anything even after giving so many opportunities (get the work done at jail) This should not happen since no one will like to fail in their life if proper opportunities are given to them.(Prevention of crime is better than punishment for a crime)

If a new product is produced credit one to a family or in case of an individual one to an individual.

Find how many people are without a house? build a house or allot a house for them ,none of the property belongs to the public it belongs to the government An individual who has more than one house has to allow it to either there relatives or to other members of the society, selling and buying of house should be banned .(avoids unnecessary fluctuations in the real estate )

The concept of Insurance itself is a flop on part of the society, because it actually shows that if a key person in a family looses his life the government and the society does not assure members of his family that they would be taken care of, that is the reason insurance concept came into existence and is at a boon in today's business world.Why do we need 100 models of mobile phones, cars, and modes of transports (same with other products)? If having a car means high stranded why not stop all the other modes of transport for local transport and give every family a car operated by solar & battery. This not only increases standard but also reduces cost of production since we are avoiding other transports and makes sure that every one knows driving(useful in case of emergencies).

Are we happy today paying heavy taxes and spending money and time to save and protect money in banks, stock exchange, chit funds, etc? Are we doing it wholeheartedly without cursing the government? No.............. Will be everyone's answer. But why? Human being's do not like to give back something which they have earned by their hard work or by their effort, and when the government forces to do something which we don't like we get irritated. If their was no money then what is the work of tax in-between. Can't the system be simplified? Yes, it can surely be if we all wish.

God has created things and elements taking great care to maintain balance between them. When there is excess fire water comes to rescue, when more water the earth sucks the water in, when more wind trees protect, when there is some thing heading for the space which is harmful the atmosphere protects and in the same way when the nature is harmed it balances with earthquakes,tsunami,and storm, and Volcano
