There's something fishy good going on tonight.. - Time for a "Fish Dish to Unleash" ;)

So, is your partner sometimes difficult to heat up? - Then cook! Here's a recipe that's perfect for the love night. Let's get extra spicy!

AE'S "FISH DISH TO UNLEASH" RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • fave fish of your (and your partner's) choice
  • carrots
  • green beans
  • lemon grass
  • celery
  • scallions
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • salt and (lots of) ground pepper
  • a good wine

Directions:

  1. Cut carrots and beans into long strips. Heat up pan and sautee veggies onto olive oil with a little salt and (lots of) pepper. Place on plates and drizzle with honey while still hot.
  2. On low heat cook fish on the same pan.
  3. Chop up the lemon grass, celery, and scallions. Add them to cooking fish. Transfer to plate, and voila! (Serve with your favorite couple's wine - just a hint to avoid sex performance inhibition.)

Note: Protein and omega-rich fish sets the mind into a focused alert and awake mood -to keep you all night?; Spices stimulate the senses; Honey keeps the sweet (and contrast); And wine - well wine, a little bit ignites the night!
