Want to get rid of premature ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation is the most prevalent sexual disorder in men, affecting approximately 30% to 40% of male population worldwide. Although extremely common, premature ejaculation is very treatable since in most cases, it's not caused by tangible damage with the penis or ejaculatory reflex.

For years and years doctors have prescribed stop-start techniques to treat premature ejaculation. The popular stop-start technique intended to alleviate premature ejaculation is a painstaking process of endless masturbation. In essence, this technique asks the patient to masturbate repeatedly for an hour or two each time before sexual activity with a partner. With this practice, you should lose erection shortly before orgasm to prevent ejaculation, and start over. If you do this for three or four times before having sex, you can last longer in bed.

Indeed, many men experience longer sex after they tried stop-start technique. However, these men do not last longer in bed because they have improved ejaculatory control; they do so because their ejaculatory reflex is exhausted. Consequently they also experience a less quality erection (a softer penis, that is) during sex. Worse, frequent masturbation of such intensity can induce various prostate and kidney diseases. Do you want to get rid of premature ejaculation this way? I hope not.

Better way to get rid of premature ejaculation?

Yes. There are dozens of PE treatments for you to pick. Some of them work well, some of them don't. In the following paragraphs I'll give you a introduction to three premature ejaculation treatments: Climinax, Sexual Research and Recovery Center.

Climinax uses SSRIs (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors) to help you gain ejaculatory control. SSRIs have been the most successful agents in delaying premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation patients maintain a lower serotonin level than regular guys, which is the primary cause of premature ejaculation. Low level of serotonin can lower the effort needed to trigger orgasm, of which ejaculation of semen is a part. SSRIs can raise your serotonin level, therefore substantially cure premature ejaculation. By doing so, Climinax has achieved something no other premature ejaculation treatments have done before: delay easily reachable climax. So many premature ejaculation treatments have been focused on alleviating anxiety or improving erection quality while none of these efforts treat premature ejaculation directly. Climinax treats premature ejaculation right at the core: your ejaculatory reflex. Consequently, you will never be asked to masturbate and "learn" how to control climax when it comes, you simply have better ejaculatory control.

Prefer therapy to pills?

Sexual Research is an innovative online clinic with a focus on men’s problem. It mingles the interactive technology of Internet and its solid understanding of premature ejaculation to produce a highly customizable program. As the initial step of the program, you will be asked some questions regarding your situation (your age, how long it takes you to ejaculate, how often you have sex, etc.). Your input will then be used to diagnose your PE type and adjust the treatment for your specific needs. Sexual Research doesn’t give every patient the same thing; it takes you into consideration when it treats your premature ejaculation problems.

By doing so, Sexual Research is a giant step ahead of many by-the-book PE treatments. It scientifically adjusts its method for each and every patient to maximize its effectiveness. You just get what works best for you. Sexual Research is an ideal choice if you want to get rid of premature ejaculation in a therapeutic way.

Recovery Center is another online premature ejaculation treatment, which offers more options than Sexual Research. Besides PC muscle exercise, Recovery Center employs a unique set of Advanced Breathing Techniques to help you get rid of premature ejaculation. Also worth noting is that Recovery Center can treat the severest PE type 4 (while Sexual Research can’t) and charge more for its refined treatment than Sexual Research.

Final words on how to get rid of premature ejaculation.

Many men don’t know, or are not sure whether they are affected by premature ejaculation or not. Median average ejaculation latency time (IELT) suggests that 18-30 year olds should last 6.5 minutes after penetration, 5.2 minutes for 31-50 year olds. If you ejaculate frequently before, or shortly after penetration, you are probably affected by PE. Take the free diagnosis at either Sexual Research or Recovery Center to determine whether you have to treat premature ejaculation. Nonetheless, premature ejaculation is a very persistent sexual disorder. It won’t fade away but grow on you through time. Get rid of it as soon as you are aware of it is the best advice I can give.
