Trader Joe's is great for Gluten-Free

Trader Joe's has a ton of gluten-free products. They really seem to "get it" for the most part. They even have a product list that you can download off the internet here (this downloads a pdf). At all the Trader Joe's stores, you can also walk in and ask for one of these lists and they'll get one for you. On the minus side, there are a lot of things on the list that don't normally contain gluten. For example, lemonade. Nobody is going to get excited that the lemonade is gluten-free, because lemonade doesn't normally contain wheat. =) Among the interesting items that they have that are gluten-free are:

  • Pancakes
  • Bread
  • Cakes
  • Bagels
  • Rolls
  • Cookies
  • Energy Bars
  • Cereal
  • Soups

These are all items which can contain wheat or other ingredients that will have gluten. If you're interested in reading reviews of some of these products, you should check out this very informative site that has a lot of Trader Joe's Gluten Free items listed.

Gluten-free markings at Trader Joe's

If you're unsure about whether or not a Trader Joe's product is gluten-free, you can look for their gluten-free marking. That's really cool!

Great report. My daughter has two children with gluten problems. Can't find your profile. Have you posted only your photo?
