First we have to understand what exactly a keyword is. A keyword is the word that people use on search engines to find things they're looking for. The ads displayed on your blog depend on keywords in your post. For example over the years Mesothelioma ranks number one but it's not enough in my opinion to know the words, I think you need to understand why that word ranks the way it does. Mesothelioma is a form of cancer that is almost always caused by previous exposure to Asbestos. Obviously you can see why this is a top paid keyword because people that are using the word Mesothelioma in a search engine have a reason. Either themselves or perhaps someone they know has been exposed to Asbestos and they could either be looking for an Asbestos lawyer or just gaining knowledge on the topic. I have came up with a pretty big list of top paid Google Adsense keywords and as time allows when I'm not slinging drinks in the bar I'll try to blog on each topic and learn and teach why that particular word is in the list for the highest paid keyword.
